Scientifically Management Approach: We implement designated guardians to look after overseas students while they are in the UK. Designated guardian will also be the primary contact responsible for communicating with schools, families and students as well as solving urgent issues. Subsequently, we assign an administrator to assist the guardian in tasks such as allocating host families and drivers, handling paperwork, documentation, and files. Our Designated Safeguarding Lead will oversee all operations and collaborate closely with the designed guardian to jointly address emergencies.
